If you cannot find a time that works for you, please contact us and we will find a time that fits both our schedules!

Please read all the information below before booking. By booking, you are agreeing to these policies.

FEES

 For appointments a card is required to be put on file at booking.

 If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit, along with a 50% service cost cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late, however we do not extend service duration to accommodate late arrivals, ensuring we not inconvenience our next guest.

Cancellations within less than 72 hours (or if you are over 15 min late) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service.

No call/no show appointments will be charged 75% of the service cost.  

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES

Contact us 72 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Reschedules/cancellations can be made prior to 72 hours (3 days) without a charge.

Reschedules made WITHIN 72 hours of your appointment will be labeled as a cancelled appointment. All cancelled and rescheduled appointments made within 72 hours of your appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of service cost.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Card, or Applepay day of your appointment. Payment or remaining must be made before leaving your appointment, or before provider leaves travel site.

AT APPOINTMENT

Please do not bring any children or guests who are not also receiving a service (unless you have spoken to us)

For makeup services, please come with cleansed skin and clean mascara-free lashes. Skin prep will be done prior to makeup. 

For facials, please wear little to no makeup to your appointment. If you have much makeup on, removing your makeup will take time away from your treatment.

Please put cell phone on silent, so YOU can be present for the appointment, especially facial treatments. (:


WEDDINGS & TRAVEL

For on site location (travel to you) appointments mileage fee will be applied to service price starting at $1 per mile. Travel is calculated from the starting point of my home, outside the 20 mile radius, round trip. Traveling accommodations will be added to client's balance if parking, valet, or hotel stay are required.

Weddings starting before 8 am will require an early start time fee $50.

Please provide a clean, adequate space for makeup set up.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR HYDRODIAMOND FACIAL

Major Contraindications

  • Cancer: Clients with cancer should be in remission for at least 6 months before undergoing treatment.

  • Grade 4 Acne: Severe acne levels should not be treated with HydroDiamond technology.

  • Accutane: Postpone HydroDiamond treatments for 6 months after the completion of Accutane therapy.

  • Autoimmune Diseases: Avoid treating clients with autoimmune disorders.

  • Diabetes: Require written permission from a General Physician before treatment.

  • Impetigo: Do not treat clients with this contagious skin condition or other contagious skin conditions.

  • Severe Rosacea: Avoid using HydroDiamond Technology on clients with severe rosacea.
